where to get drivers

i recently brought a pcmcia modem(MENTOR)
the problem is my laptop doesnt have a floppy and the drivers on a floppy, ive searched for the driver on google but cannot find it, (although im not very good at this tech stuff any way) i wonder if any one out there may know? i await the piles of learned advice thanx.
win2000 office xp on dell latitude.
Mentor 56K PCMCIA
modem device code is HCFLCNXT 1143 IF IT HELPS
