I think you may be thinking of "Office" which is due out very soon. But the new O/S is not due for a couple of years yet. Regards. j.

Although an up-grade, it's XP Pro. and if you have a qualifying CD such as 98/ME then it's the cheapest way to do it. The CD is the full retail version of XP Pro. Nothing is missing, just that you need a qualifying O/S to enable an install. j.

I have win 98 first edition. Am I right in saying that I just have load win 98 setup files then load xp upgrade.
