What have I done

I had an error 0x80090006 which was to do with the license, I did a repair form the windows xp disk which meant my documents wern't wiped off but where are all my emails, I have some vital emails I desperately need...can anyone help.
Also now I cannot get SP2 to load I get a message saying I am not an administrator but I am the only user....please help even if its only my emails

Try typing that error code into Google and see if you get any help there.

Emails, Outlook? or OE, or which program?

If your emails are from Outlook Express, then they will be in a set of files with the extension .dbx, e.g Inbox.dbx, Outbox.dbx etc, plus an additional file Folders.dbx. As long as these are intact, then your emails will be safe. They are normally in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{a verrrry long number}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
