what to delete in AVG scan

Hi again,
I've just downloaded v8 AVC & done a full scan.
It comes up with 69 items that are "potentially dangerous" - these are all ('cept 1 = Adware rogue) Tracker Cookies ???????.
1/ Is it safe to just delete all these ?
2/ Can I make a copy / list of my Favorites ? (The last time I deleted loads of 'cookie' items, I lost loads of my own faves) If I have a list, at least I can re do them.

-----::-----

I will be asking a similar question about CCleaner that I intend to use soon.
I assume that it comes up with a list - for me to consider deleting - but how will I know which to delete,,,,, but more importantly - NOT to delete ?

thanks for reading this,,,,,,,,,,

with respect,assuming you did have the avg 7.5 antivirus program on board(?)before you go ahead and maybe delete 'inappropraite' items with the avg 8.0 version you may wish to revert to the 'at present- more- trustworthy ' avg antivirus 7.5 version and do another complete scan.......
