What causes CCAP when shutting down XP ?

Every time when shutting down computer it comes up with box shutting down/ending CCAP.

XP Home.

Its part of Norton AntiVirus

I think CCAP belongs to Norton and it suggests that this programme is hanging while trying to shut down click here= this may help....

The way I see it then is maybe the lack of memory or the amount of junk installed is causing it.

Will check out and see if this fix it.
