click here try reading this for a start, then if you decide not to take the purist route and start writing HTML in notepad, download a WYSIWYG web program like Serif WebPlus click here or Webbuilder 2.8 (Free version available at bottom of page ) click here and read the instructions. Then check out your ISP notes on how to post to your webspace.
Probably not a bad idea to see what's in the local library.
