Web browser not Functioning properly

When I am on a web page and want to enlarge the item on display, it opens then suddenly closes again. Anybody have any ideas. Cheers

Does this happen at *every* website? If you post the link(s) of the troublesome site(s), we could check them out to see if we have similar problems (please do not post if they're of adult nature).

Do you have upto-date antispyware programs & have you run scans recently? Here's a free online one (free removal too) to try click here. G

Going by T0SH's suspiscions, did you try temporarily disabling IE's popup blocker, or any other 3rd party program you're using? Google Toolbar has a popup blocker too.

Did you try another browser - Firefox click here &/or Opera click here, for instance?

I've been on those sites you've mentioned on a daily basis in the last few weeks, & have no problems clicking on their enlarge buttons/links. G

I've got 3 popup blockers enabled - IE's, Avant's & Google's - but don't have your problem. G
