i've already scanned this file with: spybot, adware and microsoft antyspyware, but I'm not sure that it is gone. how can I be sure it's not any more on my computer.

Start, Search. In 'All or part of the file name:' box enter


In 'More advanced options' tick 'Search system folders', 'Search hidden files and folders' and 'Search subfolders'.

Click the Search button.

i've tried but did not find it. it still is on the start manue. what next?

Right click it on the Start menu and you should get a pop-up menu. Depending where it is on the Start menu select 'Remove from this list' or 'Delete'.
