Hi all!

I really need advise on this issue. My office computer has been slower than ever. So, I checked every reasonable thing. When I scanned with my Kaspersky Internet Security 7, one threat was detected. That file was "sccfg.sys". The antivirus software told me that it would be deleted after restart. But to my surprise, after reboot, the file still exist! I knew this because I ran the scan again just to make sure.

So, it seems like that I cannot remove this file. Please, all advises and suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
