Virus problem

  lloopyloo28 19:48 24 Apr 2004

After doing a virus scan recently, I discovered that 13 files were infected! Have managed to sort all of them except one! The file is called c:\restore\temp\A0075500.CPY
Have used 3 different virus tools to try and get rid of it, and they cant do it. Have also tried to locate the file myself but no joy.
Is my only option now to format hard drive? I am running Me by the way

Nope, just turn off System Restore, scan to be sure it has gone, SR on again click here

It is in your restore folder - one option is to turn off system restore, delete all restore points, turn on system restore and create a new point.

System restore is already disabled! How do I delete restore points?

If you go to here, click here, and run an online scan you should be able to get shut of any problems. Just make sure that system restore IS disabled.
