Virus

Received this email advising me that someone has sent me a virus in an email.
I have deleted the file with the teddy bear next to it from my computer, but I am reticent to inform amybody else in my address book in case it is a hoax and does more damage.

could anybody please advise about this file.

It really is about time that the DEATH penalty was imposed on the murderers who keep trying to get rid of poor Teddy.
