As those of us who use Virgin Media know, they have changed their Email platfom to webmail via Google. If you have trouble recovering any emails, do the following:
On Outlook Express, create new Account
On the First Box enter the Email as: recent:(username)@virginmedia.com
On Box 2 Servers pop3.blueyonder.co.uk ( or the suffix allocated) smtp.blueyonder.co.uk ( or the suffix allocated) In account name recent:(your primary email address) and the password for that address Then go to Advanced and tick' Leave a copy on the server.
This should recover any emails on the Virgin system that are due to you. Terry
