Have a look on ebay. I just bought Pinnacle Studio 9 for £3.50 including postage. Very user friendly.

Have ytou tried Avid Free. I use Studio v943 for video editting and making DVDs. Will Avid open a mpg or vob file and save to a vob for burning?
If it does I may down load it and try it? Thanks David

Before you download Avid Free you should check out the system requirements, for example Xp Professional, 1 GB system memory (1.5 GB recommended). click here

Thanks I missed 1.5GB RAM and XP Pro requirement. As a matter of interest have you used Avid and if so will it open mpg/vob, and burn a VOB? Thanks again David

Sorry but no. I don't meet either requirement!
