Is there free space on the hard drive?my computer right click drive pick properties to check.
Download and run autoruns (when unzipped pick autoruns not autorunsc)look at logon tab and untick all items not needed eg quicktime, nero etc best leave any programs with microsoft in label, this reduces programs running at start up.
Download and run malwarebytes
