I am trying to set up a mail merge in Word. The merge will produce an address of 4 or 5 or 6 lines and I want to centre these lines vertically in a text box. Can anyone tell me how to do this, please?
Just highlight the lines as you would normally do and click on 'centre' on the toolbar.
Thank you watchful, but I meant vertical, not horizontal centering. Any further ideas?
Yep as watchful says simply highlight your textand align to centre in your text box.
Oops read that wrong,your text box toolbar should display an alignment button for you to acheive this.
If not goto "Format > text direction" hope this helps.
