Using Outlook for POP mail

in business situations - Outlook Express is more for the home user.

Setting up POP mail accounts in Outlook is no more difficult than in Outlook Express, just go to tools/accounts and follow the propmts to set up the POP mail account. Use exactly the same settings as those you've used in Outlook Express.

You don't say which version of Outlook but click here tells you how to access Hotmail in Outlook 2000.

Sorry it's Outlook 97...

... and there is no Accounts option under the Tools menu.
