using both BT and Virgin broadband thrusame router

I have a BT broadband line going through a Draytek router. I want to add a Virgin broadband line into the same router as a back up. Will the two broadband lines conflict with each other causing a loss in speed and strength. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated

I don't think it is possible to run two ISP's through the one router. Not least because BT is via telephone line, Virgin is via Cable!

not Possible, you need two routers and can only use one at any one time unless you have two phone lines

You can get Virgin Broadband through a phone line if you are not in a Cabled area.
