Used wrong boot disk

Help. I used my Win. Millen. boot disk in my lap top that only runs Win. 98. Is there a good fix or a bad fix out there?

don't know your problem but if you need the 98 system files back, use a 98/98se boot disk and at the command prompt type "sys c:" without the quotes to transfer the system files back over to your hard disk. If you think you have damaged the master boot record type "fdisk /mbr" without the quotes. Mind use a space between the "sys and c:" and "fdisk /mbr"

Sorry BBez but all I get is "Bad command or File name". I even tryed differant combo's but no good.
Also, I did not mention this in my first messasge. I received this message on my lap top when I first booted up. "Device not working CFGMGR32.DLL:CM Get_Log_Conf_Priority" and "powrprof.dll Bad load". Any Ideas on this?
