USB - Which wires?

I have an ASRock motherboard with a USB header for two extra ports. I also have now got a new ATX midi tower with two front USB ports. My problem is the connections. The wire from the ports are coloured “Red – Yellow – Green – Black” but on the header on the motherboard I am looking for “USB-PWR – P-5 – P+5 – GND”.
Can any one tell me which wire connects to which pin?

Thanks

Red is positive power. (VCC)

black cable is Ground (GND)

Yellow is negative data (-DATA)

Green is Positive data (+Data)

Above is for 2 rows of 5 pins on M/Board.
