USB drive remove partition

Could someone please assist me, I have a usb pen drive supplied as a sales gift.

it has a partition on it, therefore when plugged in it pops up with the two partion areas in windows explorer instead of a single one. It has files on that I am unable to delete.

In disk management I am unable select delete partition as it is greyed out. I can remove the drive letter to stop it appearing on this pc but then it will still appear on another pc.

Could anyone please advise if there is a way to resolve this at all?

One is listed at FAT (the one i would like to get rid of) the other is FAT32.

From what I recall, it is not easy to remove the auto launch partition.
