upgrading cpu and hard drive

i have a asus a7v1-vm (3-pci, 1-agp, 2-dimm, video) motherboard with via vt8365 pro savage km133 chipset, current cpu is an amd duron 750mhz 3.75 x 200......
what is the fastest amd athlon cpu that my motherboard will support and what is the biggest fastest hard drive it will support???
my os is xp pro.....

The maximum HDD size/speed is not specified anywhere I can find - however as a general guide for this age of motherbaord

ATA/UDMA speed probably limited to 100MHz

Rotational speed not limited (7200rpm best)

Size may be limited to 32Gb or 130(ish)Gb. The 32Gb limit is "get roundable" with Disk manager software - Seagate Disk Wizard, for instance. there is no BIOS update which mentions this situation.
