Upgrade advice

Hello There.

Being a bit inexperienced with computers I was wondering if the community here could give me some advice about what would be the best hardware to upgrade my pc with.

My specs are:

Packard Bell Ixtreme gold 1919
Windows xp
Intel Pentium D920 processor
1gb DDR2-533 Memory
ATI x600 graphics card

The graphics card I'm hoping to get is the Sapphire ATI Radeon PCI-E HD 2600 XT
and the memory upgrade i'm hoping for can be seen here:

All I'd like to know is, will my Pc run these?
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I cannot find the wattage of your power supply but to run the graphics you will need 400W or greater. Othewise it seems fine.

Thanks Andy. I've realized my wattage is a measly 240watts so A bit more saving for a new psu will be required.

You could add the memory just now that would be fine as it only needs a few watts but as you realise the graphics card will need a more powerful power supply.
