Updating an old Compaq laptop

I just been handed an old Copmaq Armada 4220T with Pentium MMX 266 MHz, 64 MB RAM, 4 GB hard drive and Windows 98SE. Clearly, its not difficult to upgrade the HHD but the memory is max already (so far as I can make out). Do you think this Laptop would be able to cope with XP Pro SP2 for running video via USB 2.0?

Not a hope in hell im afraid.

If did somehow manage to get XP onto it , its would run so slow it would be literally unusable.

So what's wrong with 98se. This comp I use most of the Time is 98se. I prefer it to my two XP comps
