if you remove your internet line/cable connection from your system (Temp like )what happens when you click on my computer icon, properties then device manager etc?

I removed the cable from the socket and the same thing happened ie by clicking on computer icon than device manager it dials but this time it can not connect of course.
On my internet connection settings, if the "always dial my default connection" is unticked than it does not dial but I need that ticked in order to connect whenever I want a connection.

i know you checked for no spyware and no adware but have you run HijackThis or CWShredder ? You should at least be able to check the log to see if there is a rouge Dialer unknow program etc.

for HijackThis,

Try CWShredder, CWShredder is owned and maintained by InterMute since October 19, 2004. It is available from them for free seperately, or integrated into SpySubstract PRO.

The free version is available for download.
