Unidentified network, no internet. IP problem?

Hi, so for the last couple of days I've been having this problem on and off. It went away after I did a few things but it's resurfaced and I suspect I never solved it. My connection will flicker on and off, mostly staying on "unidentified network, no internet". All other devices seem to work in the house and it is only the ethernet it has a problem with. I've tried messing with the IP as websites recommended but to no avail. Any advice?

I seem to have sussed it. It's somehow caused by a WiFi extender that was connected to an ethernet port. Once that was unplugged the PC connected just fine. Not sure what's going on there. Probably something to do with the IP addresses
