Unable to run SLOW-PCfighter

About a month ago I downloaded the SLOW-PCfighter software, following a recommendation by your magazine, and after running the trial version, I purchased the package as I was impressed with the results.
However, when trying to run it again, I was told that I had to purchase the software!! I contacted the company and pointed out that I had already done so and was assured that all was now OK and I could run the software.
This is not the case as I still keep getting messages saying that I need to either purchase the package or enter an activation code (which I do not have)
Despite sending a number of e-mails to all the addresses I can find for this company, there has been no response.
As this was recommended by PCAdvisor, can you help me resolve this problem? This is the first item I have purchased throgh your magazine and am not very impressed - or is this a risk I take when purchasing something at a reduced price???

Even if your software only cost 1p it should still be fit for purpose !
