I have just changed my broadband provider and have a problem connecting the printer as when I go to enter the SSID number the letters are all in upper case and cannot see how to change them to lower case does any one know. The printer is a Brother DCP-J315W.Thanks

Try cut 'n' paste, using Notepad or Word to type in your lower-case letters first.

Try tapping the same key again for lowercase. Keep tapping for numbers and tapping again to go back to lowercase.
