Two users receive each others mail in Outlook 03.

Two users set up in XP.

But one can collect the others email despite being logged on as a different user and vice versa. How can one user read their own emails and no one elses?

Any help appreciated.

Assuming each has their own email address, Outlook can be configured via Tools/Email accounts, to have an account for each user. Ours for example, has accounts mail.btinternet, mail.btinternet(1), and mail.btinternet(2) for 3 sep email adds on the one machine.

What we don't have is individual logon accounts set up in XP, so I assume the specific outlook setting is applied dependant on who is logged on in XP.
