TV/Video capture device software.

I have unearthed a Video capture device from my junk box called V Stream.
It consists of a USB2 dongle with RCA connectors and some software called V Stream PVR plus.

Out of curiosity I hooked it up- As it harks from Win 98 DOS era I did not expect a result- but
The computer[XP Pro] did recognize it had new hardware-
So I installed the software - just to see - and of course it did not work. Looked for an update - No joy- So I wondered is it likely any other software/driver free or paid for be likely to activate the device - or is it the device firm ware is not readable by XP?
What do you think?

possibly try the free trial of showshifter to see if it picks the card up.

Have down loaded a selection to play with.
The device is not a tuner so much as a VCR copy facility.
