Hello guys.

I'm in need of a good tv tuner. I don't want to spend more than £40. I really do want a pci one with the following features:

Stereo Sound
Ability to hook up to a sky digibox
Good Quality Live Graphics
FM Radio
Recording

Probably something listed on the Radio & Telly website click here

Be aware that the RF output from a digibox is mono.

There is also Avermedia click here
and the other main supplier is Hauppauge

Avermedia have one under £40 but dunno if it will do all you require.

I have one of these, does the job rightly, I actually only use the FM feature though. I once had a sky box hooked upto it, I thought it was good quality. Never used it record so I don't know how that works but I know you can do it.

Can you hook up that Hauppauge Win Tv Card to a Sky Digi Box?

I don't want to be able to change channels on sky, it will just be displaying what's on our Main Home Tv?

Thanks
Andrew

I will qualify my 19:17, if I may.

Sky channels will be mono.

Terrestrial analogue stations will be stereo (if they are broadcast in stereo). This is because the digibox is 'passing-through' any such broadcasts.
