T.V. Tuner For Laptop

I am looking for a tuner for a laptop, any advice?

For months now I have been using the Freecom DVTB stick click here
which plugs into a spare usb slot.It works fantastic on a laptop or a PC and picks up all the Freeview channels easily. The only problem is that you need a decent aerial for it to work well,the aerial that comes with the unit is crap. At around £45 it is very cheap and is a very worthwhile investment.

As I live in Spain I dont have access to Freeview only community provided cable (Sky).Will it work?

I know it wont work outside of the UK as my parents also live in Spain. I dont know of anything else that will help you,sorry.
