TV card

I wish to watch TV on my PC and have been doing some quick searches on how. I do not have an aerial in the room my PC is located in so how can i successfully watch? Would a USB Dongle work? I have the Geforce 8400 graphics if this helps.

Many thanks.

No difference to a card still needs an aerial

If you are situated on high ground or in high-rise flats, with good general TV reception, it is possible for a USB DVTV dongle to give a good picture using an indoor aerial. I am situated quite high up, and have used such a dongle to good effect on an indoor aerial.
