I have a problem, how do I turn off my Computer, Windows XP using "Only"
the keyboard, not the mouse.

Press 'Windows' key, then the up arrow, Press Enter, tab to the shutdown option and press Enter again.

Windows key (next to Control at near left on keyboard.)
Hit U for tUrn off and again when the final message appears in its window.

More brutally Control+Alt+Delete, ... twice (will at least reboot).

Or istalla shutdown Icon

On the Windows desktop, right-click and select New and Shortcut.

If you are using Windows XP, in the command line path, type the following exactly:
SHUTDOWN -s -t 01

Please note the spaces before the hyphens and after "t".

Click Next, name the shortcut and click Finish. Now, to shutdown Windows, just double-click this shortcut.

I should have said that the "Monitor" is not switch on, so it can only be done
with the keyboard.

Thank you for your help

If the monitor is not on and the shutdown can be carried out using the Power button on the PC, why not do it this way?

To select the option go to Start/Control Panel/Power Options/Advanced/Power Buttons - "When I press the power button on my computer:" and select "Shut down" from the drop down list.
