translation please

i am trying to view some arabic web sites for my research, but when right clik and choose translate to english, it just comes up as ??????
????????????????????????? why is it not translating? im sure i cliked the instal middle eastern lang setting when i instaled XP.

how can i get the page to translate properly?

any ideas?

WINDOWS XP USERS: To activate Middle Eastern language support, you need to install Arabic or Farsi into Windows XP. To do so, click on Start -> Help and Support and then type Arabic or Farsi into the search box. That will present you with instructions on how to do it. hope this helps

control panel,language regional options,add other languages,select languages tab,under suplimentary language support, tick install files for complex script, another box pops up read and click ok
