transferring email addresses from one PC to anothe

My OS is Vista and my email client is OE. I want to give a friend about 60 email addresses from my address book (mutual colleages & friends - we're not settign up a spamming scheme!). Her OS is XP and she also uses OE.
What's the best way to do this? If it were just one or two I'd email them to her ; and if it were my entire address book I'd use the "export/import" method; but it's only a small % of my address book.

copy/paste? then mail

OK from XP but doesn't seem possible from Vista (I've remebered that of course I'm NOT using OE any longer - it's "Windows Mail" and seems to work differently). Copy is OK but Paste produces an icon, not a name & email address.
I'll try it out with a single address and see if it reaches the recipient as something usable.

In the end I did it from my laptop (runs XP and has same address book as my Vista machine).
Couldn't find any way with Vista,
