Tracks Eraser Problem

  The Teacher 23:28 11 Dec 2004

I have recently had my PC upgraded, new motherboard, WinXP, etc., etc.

Prior to upgrade I had Tracks Eraser on my PC. I tried to replace but what I replaced it with was a trial of Tracks Eraser and NOT the full programme, from a mag, that I had previously.

I have used Norton to uninstall the programme but when I then try to put the mag version in I get the message that my trial as run out and I need to buy, i.e. register.

How can I stop this from happening so that I can replace the trial with the full programme that I have used previously?

Tried to download as above, but got the message "File does not exist" for all versions of clean up.
