Toshiba Satellite Pro L20 hard drive advice.

I was wondering if I could pick your brains.
I have bought a laptop minus a hard drive. I bouoght one off Ebay (100gb).
However, it is the wrong type of drive and no good for my laptop.
I have never had a laptop before, and no nothing about them. I have since found that I need an ATA type drive. I bought a new 160 gig one from a local place, and still no good as it appears it is too big for my laptop to use.
I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro L20 (PSL2YE). Do you have any idea what drive would be right for it?
Many thanks in advance for your time and trouble.

Hi johnnyrocker.
I had already done a search, but there are 2 sizes listed, 40 and 60. I cant afford to get a 60 if that is still too big. I would like to get the biggest I can though. With the 2 drives I have bought, I am already down £70.55. That is close to what the laptop itself is worth.
I can also find no sources to buy one. All the Ebay ones are in the US.

Thank you for the continued help.

I have just posted on the Toshiba forum. Thank you for the suggestion of Tech Support, as it made me have a look and I found the support forum.
