Toshiba Laptop

I have a toshiba satellite laptop which will not go into hibernation. An error message appears stating : "The device driver for the ‘standard 101/102-Key or microsoft natural ps/2 keyboard’ device is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists you may need to update this driver". I have looked on the toshiba wesite to no avail. Can anyone help me?

It states here that this if for windows 2000, i am running xp - will this matter?

What I read into this page is that the error message can be caused by third party software changing the keyboard driver. The only way to see if this has happened is to uninstall any suspect programs and see what happens.
