tomtom on to a navman ppc

is it possible to load tomtom software on to a friend as just bought a second hand navman pin570 but cant get used to the satnav software. could he load tomtom software onto his navman to use the tomtom software as i have tomtom and thinks its easy to use.if so any instructions

If it fits on a SD card then he should be able to run it. If not he can unistall it. I have seen that some use Tom Tom on other GPS ok. I have a Acer n35 but running Destinator software

thanks for your reply. done it and it works fine better than the navman software.just had to have a guess at the gps settings but got it working

it was windows mobile os.i have a ipaq with the same on thats why i thought it might work so if yours is the same can't see why not.

Yes but I think mine is something like Windows PC 2003

yes it works i said though had to have a few goes with the gps settings but we got that working and had np.gps settings were 9600 baud and the device was on the pda where as mine is a seperate receiver in the car via bluetooth. hope it works ok for.
