Has anyone experience any difference between the ti4200 and the new fx5200 or 5600? Are the new ones better? What do you think?

I'm with Huggyg71, get a ti4200. Nothing touches it in terms of price/performance. The 5200 and 5600 cards are also shortly due to be made obsolete by nvidia, now they have realised it was the worst product launch since...well...the inflatable dartboard.

Top dog is indeed the ATI 9800pro, but this will soon change when nvidia release the FX5900 card, based on their new GPU core NV35.

By far the better card in my opinion, tends to soundly out perform the FX5200 and the FX5600 in everything, you don't mention if your considering the utra version of the FX5200 and FX5600, in either case you'll tend to find that an agp 8x ti4200 will ut perform them.

Thanks ! I just wanted opinions. I know that the 5900 Fx outperforms the Ati9800. Look at review in Comp.Pro. Will hunt aroung for the best price for Ti4200 for my son.
