What your Operating System is. Win98 etc.

What you consider to be your level of Computer Literacy is, ie novice, etc.

Many of the queries posted in the forums could be solved quite simply by looking the subject up in Microsoft Help or, alternatively, by keying in the details into google.

This may upset some forum members and even the powers that be, but it is a simple fact...:-)

It is the more obscure problems that pose the greatest test of forum members' knowledge and that is how it should be.
