I WANT TO CONNECT A WEBCAM ON A LONG LENGTH OF USB CABLE - SAY 20 METERS, IS THIS POSSIBLE AND WHERE CAN I GET SUCH A CABLE?

Please don't use capitals all the time, its more differcult to read and is considered shouting.
The limit on USB cables to answer your question is 5 metres click here you can increase the length but you have to boost the signal using repeater I believe but have never tried it and its likely to be pricey click here

Maplins do a 5 metre extension lead with built in amplifier for around £20. I bought one some time back to use my webcam in the garden. In total I've got 12 metres, works OK.

I have three of these connected together to network a PC and it works fine. The max is 25m. click here
