Temp folder error: 1632 (Can't install anything!!)

  hrsnb 21:57 26 Oct 2015

Whenever I try to install any software, I always get an error that looks like this "Error 1632: The temp folder is on a drive that is full or inaccessible." I'm not sure exactly when this started happening because it's been a while since I've installed software but the last thing I've changed about my computer was I deleted a lot of files, some from Microsoft, to save a lot of space on my SSD. I double checked on several sources before I deleted anything however, to make sure nothing was important. I remember being scared to delete my Microsoft installers folder, but researched and did it anyway. I've tried clearing my temp folder (both of them) and running system verification. Please help!

Maybe give C Cleaner a run and see if it sorts it out.
