Can anyone please help?

For some reason every time I pres CTRL?ALT?DEL to bring up Task Manager I get the following error:
"Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator"

I am running XP Pro on 1 gig athlon with 512mb RAM. Its a standalone PC, and I am the only user.

Thanks very much for the link, one to keep in the back pocket I think. It worked however there was a little more to it than as suggested on the link.
The TM was already set to not configured and selecting DISABLE did not resolve it but then reselecting NOT CONFIGURED did.
Again many thanks.
