table issue

The problem I am having is that the border does not display itself.

The frame does display, but using 'frame="above", "vsides"' means that only the top border is appearing. The 'vsides' part doesn't seem work - I think that you can only specify one value for 'frame'.

I'm don't know wether you just forgot to do this but when I started doing Table sites I started al the tags e.g <th>

Also as I've said to somebody else once on this forum, why not learn CSS, you can do away with tables and just ave a couple of <divs></divs> and then just <p></p><h1></h1><br/>etc etc.
