SywareBlaster question

  Shorty123 13:35 10 Oct 2004

I recently installed Spyware Blaster (and Spybot and AdAware). Whilst disabling something at start-up in the registry due to a different problem, I noticed that Spyware Blaster is not in as a start-up programme. Should it be? Will it be running and protecting my pc if its not in the load at start-up list? Cheers.

as long as you have it installed it is protecting you against spyware entering your computer it does not run as such but has an inbuilt facility to combat spyware.Do not worry it is ok

No it doesn't have to be running to be effective. You run it, it protects your PC and that's it.

Run it now and then to check for updates.
