System32/MFC45.dll corrupt

I have just run AGV 2011 and it found the following:
Object name: C:\WINDOWS\system32\mfc45.dll
Detection name: corrupted executable file
Object type: File
SDK Type: Core
Result: Moved to Virus Vault

I have also used the following:

Spybot: Nothing found.
Super anti spyware: Nothing found.
Malwarebytes: Nothing found. (Full Scan)

My question is have I got a problem and if so how do I fix it?

There are posts over a lot of forums of late with all manner of AVG scan false positive problems.

If it's only AVG reporting a problem and all your programs are running OK then I would say ignore it

Yes a false positive from AVG you need to restore it to the system32 folder or you will have problems running some programs
