System for Internet use

I have just been given a Computer circa 1998

Mesh Elite Titan

Asus P2L97a motherboard with Intel P11 233mhz processor

2 x 32mb sdram with spare slot, onboard graphics, ISA Creative soundcard

Cdrom and Floppy drives

No hard drive (rated for Ultra dma 33)

Would it be feasible to add a harddrive + Ethernet card and use this for web browsing connected to a Broadband router.

I do not have an OS and thought I would try Linux in one form or another although not had any experience with these systems.

I would be grateful for any advice (even bin it) thanks. Britto
