Synctoy Error log

Hi Everyone
I have just started to used Synctoy and have an error showing in the log wich I do not understand. Can anyone shed any light on the error please

SYNC: 05/17/2009 12:16:40:375: *** Error: Cannot read from the source file System Volume Information\. Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
