Swen virus info needed

can anyone tell me - in very simple terms! - how I check to see if the virus 'Swen' has got into my pc?

please direct me through the procedure - gently!

You need to do a virus scan, if you have up to date anti virus this will do it, if not go to click here for a free on line scan, and then get some anti virus protection.

I do have a virus protector - which is updated regularly and it was that that said the virus was getting in..........

all I want to do is check the files to see if it got through.......

how do I do that?
